I’ll walk away and set you free,
Untie the thread attached to me,
So I at last can take a road,
Unfettered by a heavy load.
To set my spirit free in flight,
So it can feel the warming light,
Relieved of all the ropes and chains,
Calmed of all the endless pains.
For I no longer have a need –
To sleep, to wake, to breath, to feed,
My essence is a whispering breeze,
Moving through the swaying trees.
